CLASSES
Primetime classes are perfect for all ages and fitness levels. You can work as hard as you like for fast results, or work at a softer pace for those just starting out or with physical limitations. Those with injuries or compromised movements can simply modify the exercises to avoid strenuous motion. Don’t hesitate to talk to our experienced instructors about injuries, limitations or suggestions on modified exercises to reduce pain or risk of injury. Best of all, these classes offer an excellent variety of exercises, to ensure they are fun and weight loss & strength gains apply to the ENTIRE body. Many of the exercises are based on intervals of high intensity exercise interspersed with lower intensity exercises. This exercise pattern ensures your metabolism is churning at its peak, providing maximum fitness benefits long after your workout. You can expect to become leaner, stronger and more athletic in a surprisingly short time as many of our members have found.

BOXING FUNDAMENTAL
Mondays (6pm-7pm) Saturdays (10am-11am)

This is a unique non-contact class that focuses on cardio and strength while covering some fundamental strategies and techniques of boxing. This class is suitable for men and women of all ages and fitness levels. The class will challenge you and you will definitely work hard, but you will enjoy yourself while doing it. Prepare to sweat, have fun and learn some practical self defense in a welcoming and non-judgmental environment.
This one hour class offers a combination of:
•Cardio •Floor exercises •Ab exercises
•Plyometrics •Interval training •Focus pads (mitts)
•Punching bags •Agility ladder •Strength and conditioning circuits

BOXING CARDIO
Tuesdays (6pm-7pm) Thursdays (6pm-7pm)

This non-contact boxing cardio class offers a fun and fast paced workout. This class focuses primarily on cardio and conditioning while offering some boxing instruction and technique. This workout has been popular with all ages and lifestyles because of the practical applications of self defense & general fitness, especially for those looking to achieve rapid weight loss. This class will have you sweating and pushing yourself to the limits. You might find yourself enjoying the class and losing track of time, before realizing the class is finished.
